Villa I Barronci has a spectacular view on all sides, sweeping down over the well-kept garden with its tall trees and panoramic pool, over vines and olive trees with not a discordant note on the horizon. In the heart of the Chianti Classico region, the villa is named after its first owners who lived here in the thirteenth century. Today it belongs to a family who have transformed it into a comfortable and extremely functional – there is even a lift! – bed & breakfast with the yellow walls, green shutters, terracotta floors and flower filled tubs typical of Tuscan villas. Breakfasts are served in the sunny breakfast room with wide windows overlooking the garden or in the gazebo overlooking the swimming pool and feature a large assortment of fresh fruit as well as the usual breakfast fare and home made cakes and tarts. Florence is at only fifteen kilometers, while Siena and Volterra are at forty and San Gimignano at thirty kilometers away. Guests should also not miss Badia a Passignano with its abbey and historic cellars on a hill ten kilometers away. Wine tours can be organized in the local wine cellars of Chianti. There are numerous shopping outlets in the area. Rooms: 21 rooms: double, superior and suites. Recently restored, they are all sound-proof with bathrooms with shower and all possible comforts including satellite TV and pay tv, telephone with outside line, air conditioning, Internet access and minibar. Options: Italiano, English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese are spoken. Private parking. Swimming pool with hydro-massage. Children under the age of three are free of charge. The restaurant is open every night, only for the guests of the villa. In summer Tuscan snacks and light lunches are served around the pool. |

Aus dem Norden oder Süden: Autobahn Mailand-Rom, Ausfahrt Firenze Impruneta. Nehmen Sie dann die Autostrasse Florenz-Siena, Ausfahrt San Casciano Val di Pesa. Halten Sie sich rechts, Via Cassia (SR2) in Richtung San Casciano VP. Nach ca. 2 km bergauf, am Rande des Orts, biegen Sie beim ersten Kreisel rechts in Richtung Empoli-Cerbaia ab. Nach ca. 3 km finden Sie auf der linken Seite die Via Sorripa. Villa I Barronci ist das zweite Haus auf der rechten Seite.
Von Siena: Autostrasse Siena - Florenz, Ausfahrt San Casciano Val di Pesa. Biegen Sie links ab (Cassia, SR) 2 in Richtung San Casciano VP. Nach ca. 2 km bergauf, am Rande des Orts biegen Sie beim Kreisel links in Richtung Empoli-Cerbaia ab. Überqueren Sie den Hauptplatz des Orts San Casciano VP und fahren Sie dann links weiter in Richtung Empoli-Cerbaia. Nach ca. 3 km finden Sie auf der linken Seite die Via Sorripa. Villa I Barronci ist das zweite Haus auf der rechten Seite.
Von Genova-Livorno: Autostrasse Florenz-Pisa-Livorno (S.G.C.FI-PI_LI) Ausfahrt Ginestra Fiorentina. Halten Sie sich rechts, in Richtung Cerbaia. Im Ort Cerbaia V.P. folgen Sie dem Schild nach San Casciano V.P. Nach ca. 4 km bergauf, (kurz nach der Kirche von St. Martin auf der linken Seite) biegt rechts Via Sorripa ab.
